Throughout the year the choir is invited to sing for special services and other events in the area.

Recent events include:
- Choral services at Newcastle Cathedral on Sundays
- Diocesan services for the licensed Readers and the Mothers’ Union
- Evensong for the Prayer Book Society, commemorating Cranmer
- Two shared events with the Kol Hashirim (synagogue) choir
- Concert in support of Christian Aid
- Informal concert at Lindisfarne Castle for their anniversary celebrations
- Weddings and funerals

For some of these events we put on a small choir, just a double or triple quartet. For others the choir can be as large as 30 singers.
